I. RETURN YOUR FITURE
If you are not satisfied with your FITURE device, you can request a return within 30 days after your delivery. Unless your purchase is eligible for our 30-Day Trial Offer, this Return Policy applies. You must return the FITURE device in order to be eligible for a refund.
If your FITURE device is returned in damaged condition, with missing parts, or otherwise has signs of damage, FITURE reserves the right to refuse a refund or to charge additional restocking fees, at FITURE’s sole discretion. There will be no refund for any promotional offers.

If your return is approved, we will issue your refund within fifteen (15) business days of picking up your returned FITURE device. Refunds for purchases will be credited back to the original payment method only. Please note, we are not able to refund any interest fees charged by any third parties, including but not limited to Stripe or Affirm.
You acknowledge that because of the size and weight of the FITURE Product, we do not offer a refund for any shipping or delivery charges that you may have paid to receive your FITURE Product and/or Gifts. Installation fees are non-refundable.
We are unable to arrange for shipping or delivery of returned products outside of the contiguous United States.
II. 30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
We also offer 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee Program for first-time purchasers of FITURE in which you will receive a full refund on your FITURE Device, as well as a refund for certain accessories and subscription payments made during your trial period. Eligible purchasers are subject to the terms of the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee .
III. RETURN YOUR FITURE ACCESSORIES
You may submit a return request for any purchased accessories, within thirty (30) days of purchase for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, all accessories purchased separately must be unused, unopened, unwashed, still have original tags, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Returned items that are used, damaged or altered in any way (other than by way of defect or damage during transit) are not eligible for return and may be sent back to you.
Return items must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date, otherwise they may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Please note that the original shipping fee will not be refunded. If you would like a different item, you may follow the return process to refund your original item, then place a new order.
If your return is approved, we will issue you a refund within ten (10) business days of receiving your returned item. Refunds for purchases will be credited back to the original payment method only.
IV. RETURN METHOD

FITURE is offering Members who qualify the opportunity to purchase their first FITURE device worry-free. If you are eligible for our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (“Trial Program”), you will be able to try your first FITURE device (and accessories, if purchased together) for thirty (30) days. If you’re not satisfied with your FITURE experience, simply reach out to our Support Team at support@fiture.com within thirty (30) days of delivery and we’ll coordinate the return of your FITURE device (and accessories, if applicable) in exchange for a full refund.
Capitalized terms used but not defined in this 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (the “Trial Terms”) will have the meanings given to them in Terms of Service .
WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR FREE TRIAL?
First-time purchasers of a new FITURE device. Applicable to one FITURE device only, if multiple devices were purchased in an initial order.
WHAT IS REFUNDABLE?
Your FITURE device and all gently-used accessories purchased together with your FITURE device within 30 days after delivery.
One months’ Subscription fee.
Delivery and installation fees, if you live within an eligible delivery territory as described below.
HOW TRIAL DOES NOT APPLY TO THE FOLLOWING:
Accessories purchased without the FITURE device.
Accessories that are purchased with a FITURE device and are not returned with the FITURE device.
Accessories returned with excessive wear and tear.
In the United States, Trial Program is not offered to deliveries in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S Virgin Island, and ferry-only accessible locations.
All commercial use of FITURE device are not subject to this Trial Terms.
Other promotions from FITURE may not be combined with Trial Program.
