I. RETURN YOUR FITURE HARDWARE
If you are not satisfied with your FITURE Product, you can request a return within 30 days after your delivery. Unless your purchase is eligible for our 30-Day Trial Offer, this Return Policy applies. If you have been given free accessories while purchasing the FITURE Product, which may include a Heart Rate Monitor, a Elastic Ring, a Elastic Band, a Water Bottle, a Facial Mask and/or other accessories (collectively, the “Gifts”), you must return the FITURE Product; as well as all Gifts in order to be eligible for a refund.
If your FITURE Product or any Gifts is returned in damaged condition, with missing parts, or otherwise has signs of abuse, FITURE reserves the right to refuse a refund or to charge additional restocking fees, at FITURE’s sole discretion. There will be no refund for any promotional offers.

If your return is approved, we will issue your refund within ten(10) business days of picking up your returned FITURE Product and Gifts. Refunds for purchases will be credited back to the original payment method only. Please note, we are not able to refund any interest fees charged by any third parties, such as Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates.
You acknowledge that because of the size and weight of the FITURE Product, we do not offer a refund for any shipping or delivery charges that you may have paid to receive your FITURE Product and/or Gifts.
We are unable to arrange for shipping or delivery of returned products outside of the contingent United States.
II. 30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
We also offer 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee Program for first-time purchasers of FITURE Product in which you will receive a full refund on your FITURE Product, as well as a refund for certain accessories and subscription payments made during your trial period. Eligible purchasers are subject to the terms of 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee .
III. RETURN YOUR FITURE ACCESSORIES
You may submit a return request for any purchased accessories, within thirty (30) days of purchase for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, all accessories purchased separately must be unused, unopened, unwashed, still have original tags, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Returned items that are used, damaged or altered in any way (other than by way of defect or damage during transit) are not eligible for return and may be sent back to you.
Return items must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date, otherwise they may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Please note that the original shipping fee will not be refunded. If you would like a different item, you may follow the return process to refund your original item, then place a new order.

IV. RETURN METHOD
To request a return, please email support@fiture.com. We will generate a prepaid, printable label which allows you to return your original item. Please include the following information with your return request:
Your name and billing address
Order number
Shipping address
The name, address and zip code of the person who placed the order, if it was a gift
RETURN CLAIMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN THE SPECIFIED RETURN PERIOD.
