Once your Fiture arrives at your home, the delivery team will unpack your Fiture and place it in a room and position specified by you. They will also remove all packaging, that your Fiture shipped in, from your home. You will need to direct the delivery team to the room and position you want your Fiture to be installed in. The delivery team will make sure that your Fiture hardware is correctly set up or installed before leaving.
Standard UPS deliveries:Once your Fiture arrives at your home, you will need to unpack your Fiture and install it.
If you would like to install your Fiture using the wall leaning method, please follow the instructions in the Installation manual. If you would like your Fiture wall mounted, you will need to contact the Fiture Member Support team at support@fiture.com to add it to your order. If you are receiving RXO professional delivery and installation, please contact Fiture Member Support at least 5 days prior to your delivery, to request that a wall mount is included in the order. Wall mount installation will usually take between 25 and 40 minutes to complete. Videos for wall mount and stand mount installation are available at www.fiture.com.
You will need to set up your Fiture account and activate your Fiture Membership. Instructions will be provided when you initially turn on your Fiture. For help with setting up your account and membership activation you can contact our Fiture Support team at support@fiture.com.
You will receive delivery updates from our third-party delivery partner via email. If you selected Professional delivery and Installation, they will call or text to schedule your delivery date and appointment.
